By using Life After Strabismus (lifeafterstrabismus.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Nature of the content

This is a personal blog. All content reflects the personal experience and opinions of one former strabismus patient. It is not medical advice, see the Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Consultations

Consultations booked through this site are informal peer-support conversations. They are currently offered free of charge. If paid consultations are introduced in the future, pricing and refund terms will be shown clearly before you book. Consultations may be declined or ended at my discretion, for example if a conversation requires medical expertise I don't have.

3. Digital products and refunds

This site offers digital products, such as the ebook What Your Child Won't Tell You, delivered as downloadable files (PDF and EPUB). Where a digital product is sold, the price is shown clearly before you pay, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider, and the files are delivered immediately after checkout. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no subscription.

Refunds: if you are not satisfied with a purchase, email fadelstrabismus@gmail.com within 14 days of buying and I will refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

License: digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print them for yourself. Please do not resell, republish, or upload the files elsewhere; if someone you know would benefit, share the link to the page instead.

4. Use of tools and checklists

The free tools (checklists, calculators, question lists) are general-purpose aids for preparing conversations with your medical team. They may be printed and shared for personal, non-commercial use. Always defer to your surgeon's specific instructions, where a tool and your doctor disagree, your doctor wins, every time.

5. Intellectual property

All articles and original content are © Life After Strabismus. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. Republishing full articles without permission is not allowed.

6. No warranties

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

7. External links

Links to external sites and services (including Calendly and payment providers) are provided for convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
